The most effective and successful “diets” (new eating and exercise programs) all require people to be accountable.

Whether that means: asking yourself how that food made you feel, keeping a food journal (my personal fav!) or weighing yourself (my least fav), you must do something that is your barometer of success! MUST. 

This routine may go past your attained goal too! Choose a method of weekly “check in”. ✔️
