Class Cancellation Policy

Should you ever need to cancel a class reservation we required that you do so at least 12 hours in advance of the class start time in order to avoid losing your session. Failure to provide this notice will result in your being charged in full for the class. If you are not able to make it to a class, please cancel online or by calling or emailing us prior to the class start time (even one minute). This will give other clients who may be on the wait list a chance to grab a spot in class.
