The FELDENKRAIS METHOD® is a revolutionary approach for improving both physical and mental functioning through the exploration of body movement patterns and the use of attention. It is through these small, gentle movements we allow for the nervous system to discover and integrate new options for self-use.

Feldenkrais is taught in two ways:

Class: The instructor verbally guides the students in a series of gentle, focused movements. It is a restorative class, perfect for learning self-care and deepening your practice of Pilates, yoga or any activity you would like to do better or feel better doing.

One-to-one: The student lies on a table or sits in a chair and the practitioner uses sensitive touch to interact with the nervous system. This facilitates the body’s neurological capacity to adapt to one’s environment, stress, injuries, illness and enable better performance.
