Pilates Reformer

The most popular of all Pilates classes. Incredible body work focused on stretching, strength and coordination.

Pilates Tower

Essentially, this is Cadillac work. This work is more intense and uses the springs directly and focuses on stretching, coordination and balance.


Private Sessions:
One-on-one, focused work designed specifically for each individual’s goals and body. Uses all of the Pilates equipment.

Semi Private Sessions:
Shared sessions of two or three people using much of the Pilates equipment in a motivating, group setting.

Group Classes:
Tough work and stretching in comrade-based setting on a Reformer, Tower, TRX or Power Plate.

In Home Sessions:
In home sessions are initiated by Owner, Karen Schwalbe Jones. Depending on distance traveled, 150.00 and up. This one-ish hour assessment is geared towards figuring out what is needed for the individual client and creating a detailed workout.

Karen’s education in Psychology, Biomechanics and Kinesiology and her background in Weight lifting, Pilates and Cross Core conditioning gives her an edge in creating a well-rounded, intense yet, therapeutic workout for anyone.
