Semi Private Sessions:
Shared sessions of two or three people creates both a comfortable and motivating environment.  Tailored to all attendees, this option allows our clients to share their experience with friends and loved ones.

Group Classes:

Considerations for Power Plate classes:
  •   In true accelerated style, classes are only 25 minutes long so arriving early ensures you don’t miss any time on the Plates.
  • Power Plate is shoe optional.  Instructors may make suggestions based on activity though after acclimating to the experience most clients prefer to work without shoes.
  • Acceleration training is like nothing else.  The increased muscle activation also requires more blood sugar to maintain performance throughout the workout. For this reason, some client’s may experience a slight decrease in blood sugar toward the end of their first few sessions. In fact, this is a desired training adaptation but may require some awareness in the beginning.  This can be easily remedied by having a light snack within 30 minutes of class.
